The  LUC (Learn, Understand and Communicate) group meets every Friday @ 8:00 a.m. at Hugo’s Restaurant, 931 S. Howard Avenue. People from around town get together to have breakfast and talk with public and private decision makers. Please remember that the meeting agenda is relaxed, non-partisan, and respectful.
