Hyde Park Home Tour Events

Neighbors,
The Home Tour is Historic Hyde Park Neighborhood Association's biggest activity and fund raiser.  This year, the Home Tour will offer so much more! Celebrate the Bungalow: Hyde Park is the theme of the Historic Hyde Park Neighborhood Association’s 2010 Home Tour.  This year’s Home Tour will definitely be a celebration! Home Tour events include visits to historic bungalows, a Patron’s Party, a community exhibit showcasing the bungalow at the Tampa Bay History Center, and a documentary movie exemplifying the bungalow in Hyde Park.

  • Video and Community Exhibit at the Tampa Bay History Center — Sunday, February 28 -- We will have the premier of the video and the launch of the community exhibit at the Tampa Bay History Center on Sunday, February 28th at 3 PM. This family focused event will be a great start to the Celebration — stay tuned for more information about the event.
  • Patron’s Party -- Friday , March 5 — The Patron’s Party will be at the Bayshore estate of the Watkins on March 5th. We will have a great time at this roaring twenties themed party, with a speakeasy, the Blake High School jazz group and more.  ACTION NEEDED -- All HHPNA members will be invited, and we want to invite your contacts as well. Invitations will be going out next week.   • Home Tour — Saturday, March 6 — The Tour itself will be amazing.  We will have at least 11 homes on the Tour, including at least 4 on Bungalow Terrace.  We will be featuring tastings from 5 area restaurants as part of the Tour.  The video will be screened on the hour at Cinebistro.
